Had a normal name but sounded foriegn said i had serious charges being pressed for a loan i never got

A foriegn sounding guy called and said my social is under invest and a bank in texas is pressing charges for fraud and two other charges for a loan I never applied for or received. When I asked him to send me a copy of the papers and asked him questions he said he pulled up my file then I asked a gain for a copy of the papers he said it will be transfered to ohio court and. I asked again for paperwork and he said thank you have a nice day.
