Aspire Visa Ripoff allowed charges to a closed account then required me to fill out fraud paperwork to try to get them removed

I closed my visa account with Aspire in September and was paying consistently on my balance.in March I received my monthly statement which showed 16 charges on one day. These charges totalled $136.00.
When I called customer service the rep told me there was nothing he could do and I had to call the fraud department. I asked for a supervisor and she told me I had to file fraud charges. I argued that there was no point in closing an account if the company is still going to allow charges. She agreed that the charges shouldn't have been made but there was still nothing she could do and that I must file the fraud paperwork. I asked for her supervisor and was dropped into a voicemail.

I received a message 4 days later from the supervisor that I left a message for who acknowledged the card was closed in September but that the charges were manually put thru and that the only recourse I have is to file fraud papers.
