My mother saw their infomercial on TV and went online; desperate to find some relief for chronic constipation, and signed up for their program which would automatically deduct $78.00 a month from her checking account. Per their advertisement she thought she could cancel at anytime by calling the number listed on the bottle. The number is bogus and numerous searches online for contact info have been fruitless. It amazing to me that such "companies" can be allowed to advertise on TV without any oversight for fraud!
