On 3/9 best pay today was only take out $70.00 from my account and they took out the full $270.00 and now my account is over drawal. I have been calling sense friday to get this straigthen out and was told one lie after another lie was told to fax over a copy of my bank statement did that still have the problem. Call monday was told to fax over a copy of my bank statement again and that they are working on it sense have the problem. Call on tuesday morning s/w someone they got my information and then placed me in the hold que and never came back to the phone. This company is full of lies and they are not truthful
