Automatic bank withdraw

I hired Genesis Law firm to do my bankruptcy. The payment of 252.00was to be taken out of my account on September 28.instead they withdrew the funds on September 21. Which caused 4 checks to bounce with a 35.00 fee each. I was told repeatedly by Kathryn, Ana, and Heather that It was there error and it would be no problem for them to refund the money to me if I sent them proof of the bounced checks. Which I did and was told by Ana that she would deposit the money in my checking account on Tuesday October 9. Which never happened.instead on Tuesday october 12 a man by the name of Chris Kim began contacting me telling me he wanted a copy of my bank statement once again reassuring me there would be no issues and the bank fees would be deposited as soon as he received this. I e-mailed him a copy of the statement blacking out my personal financial information. This as well was not good enough and he began e-mailing me saying that in the court of law I would have to submit this information. I explained that I had no problem trusting a judge with my bank statements I had a problem trusting a company that had broken a written contract and many verbal agreements. Needless to say this company has costed me a lot of money by ripping me off and not complying with what they have told me since the beginning. The worst part for my children and I is that if I had money I wouldn't be filing bankruptcy. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager many times at one point I was told by a woman named Katherine that the supervisor refuses to speak to me. I hope if nothing else making this public can save other people from the headache, time, frustration, and cost of having to deal with this incompetent law firm.
