A scam to take people's money

Ordered the Advance colon cleanser. Never received pills. The company debited my account $99.96. Called several times. They asked me to fax a copy of my bank statement showing where they took the money out of my account, my full name, e-mail address, shipping address, last 4 digits of credit card, and explanation. I faxed it to 18008198354. The # they gave me. I also put on my explanation not to charge my account anymore. After they received the fax, they said they were going to refund my money back but instead they debited my account another $99.96. Going to go get copy of bank statement to make sure they haven't took anymore money out of account. Every time I call they give me a different date they are going to give me my refund or dates that they have refunded my account. There has been no credits to my account from them. It's been over a month now. Now I have to close my account and open another so they wont debit my account anymore. Tired of their lies!
