Zirconia Earrings Ordered for Valentines Day Never Arrived

On February 7, I ordered 2 sets of Zirconia earrings for gifts on Valentine's Day and never received them. I called Groupon twice and sent emails. They said I would be receiving my order right away, as it was being "taken care of". I told them if I didn't get my order in a few days I want my money refunded to me, neither has happened, its been over a month now.
