As others, I ordered the Chain Wine Stand from Grape Gifts. I bought the voucher on Groupon on 7/1, submitted my order on grapegifts.co.uk, paid for postage but 2 months down the line and no wine stand received. I tried to contact Grape Gifts via phone, e-mails, left messages, but I haven't reveived any response. I also asked for a refund on http://www.fineandco.co.uk/orders.html (suggested by Groupon), but no response from Grape Gifts whatsoever.
Groupon hasn't been helpful either. They just saying - keep waiting, Grape Gifts will sort it out.
I took some action and reported Grape Gifts to www.actionfraud.org. Uk (please, do so, if you are also a victim). They sold more than 18 000!!! Wine stands - I think there are many people out there who were scammed.
