Customer Service

Customer Service is very rude and unsatisfactory. The do not keep you informed when your product is on backorder or when it is shipped. When you call to find out the status, they do not give you in-depth information nor is there any managers or higher staff that is available for you to speak to. The only person there is to speak to is the CSR that answers the phone. The manager answered my phone call and was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone.
