I saw an add in the paper stating a certain remote car starter was on sale for 149.00 installed. I purchased the item on my credit card. When i went to the installation dept.

I was informed that they would not install that item. I had to go back to the salesman and have them credit my account fully. This all happened in a matter of 10 minutes i will never shop in this ripoff place again. How unprofessional can you get!
