My husband and I bought a pool from the recreational factory warehouse. We paid to had our pool installed. When we filled our pool up with water. The hoses on the pump and filter was leaking. We call them about it. It was expose to have a 90 day installing warranty. They came out one time to look at it and said they have no parts with them. They never came back again.

We called them and they made up a story about we still owed the people who installed the pool another 100 dollars. We never got a bill. No one has ever called us about it. We paid them 899 dollars up front to put the pool in.

To make the story short they never came out and fixed our pool. We peid 6800.00 for a pool and to this day it still leaks.in the summer with have to add water about everyday.
