Ipaid an membership fee of 59.95 for three months and 14.95 for first time setup fee. Currently the services still isnt working. I have sent them many emails explaining the situation, i read the agreement policy it did not state that there was no refund policy cause i would have not sent them my money. Today makes an month and i still havent recieved any money or sevice. They sent me an email stating that its not there fault and i should contact southern state correction facility where my boyfriend is incarcerated. I contacted the facility and they dont have anything to do with the company. I kepp tryin to contact them through email but, im not getting any response from the company.
