Thought I was signing up with GLOBAL TELL LINK - which JAIL CALL SOLUTIONS tags on their website, I immediatley noticed this was not GLOBAL TELL LINK, and IMMEDIATLEY CANCELLED, I sent numerous emails and phone calls the very same day to which they responded and acknowledged, was led to believe issue was solved than next day I recieved a call from thier call center saying my number was ready, when I informed them that the facility I was using DOES NOT ACCEPT their service I was told that their could be no refund as stated, because they are issued they special number, so just to confirm I used the number, IT DIDNT WORK again the facility does not allow this service from JAIL CALL SOLUTIONS, I reported all this to the STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE here is the response i recieved so you know what your dealing with

We created our website for the sole purpose of educating people on how they’d benefit using our
services. There’s absolutely no part written on it that’s misleading or show any sign of deception. Clearly
it’s a matter of people misunderstanding and not comprehending what they are trying to sign up for. We
keep our business transparent to all and we will continue to provide our services to countless satisfied
members who’ve been with us for quite some time.
JCS pays in advance to acquire our LOCAL numbers based on the subscription level chosen by our
customers at time of enrollment. Because we are not refunded by our provider, we cannot provide
refunds due to the inmate being released sooner than your service is due to end or your realizing after
you place your order that you don't require our services.
Once a number is issued and activated, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
This Policy is well written and can be read in our website prior to anyone wanting to acquire our services.

AS YOU CAN SEE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY KEEP IT EVEN IF THEIR SERVICE CAN NOT BE USED, make sure the site you are siging up with is who you want if not call the facility to confirm, THIS WAS JUST WRONG but I believe in KARMA
