I was lead to believe that I would be able to speak to my husband in Monmouth County Facility NJ, As of today that still has, nt happen! I also read their policy over and over and it clearly states that once you received their # and it's activated
there will be No refund. However in my case I never received any # nor do I want to! I've managed to send them an email informing them that it would be wise of their scam group to leave my $ 69.85 alone cause after 5 day's it will return back to my card! I will not allow my hard errand money to be taken from me
