I signed up with Jail Call solutions in Feb. paid 149.50 via credit card which was supposed to be for 1 year unlimited calls and set up fees, the inmate I supplied the number to is my son and he is incarcerated in Tucson Arizona State Facility.
He has been unable to call out, and I have not been able to talk to him for almost three months, when he tries they say there was no answer 3x so he cannot use this number,
I have attempted to contact them to no avail, so basically I have spent this money for NOTHING! The way they are listed on Google led me to believe that I was signing up with Securus!!!
