Seeking Price Adjustment

I ordered a quartz Heater in early Feb paying $279.00 plus shipping $8.97 = $287.97

Two days after placing my order I received a flyer for the same heater from Haband for $219.00 price reduction of $60.00 I immediately wrote Haband asking for a $60.00 adjustment to my credit card as my heater had not yet arrived. Four days later my ordered heater arrived. I ordered a CHERRY heater, the heater received was OAK. I immediately wrote another letter, advising them I'm a very senior citizen and do not have someone to repack and return the heater which would take another three weeks putting us out of the heating season.

I suggested to Haband that they just credit my credit card sixty dollars and I would remain a happy Haband customer. At this writing no response has been received.
