Ought heater on dec. 4-started having problems last of nov. would come on and run for couple minutes, then cut off-then wouldn't come on at all-when notified co. They wouldn't honor warranty since few days past exp. Date and told is to call about getting repaired-he only told us to take heater apart and check elements and then order them-didn't offer to repair heater or tell us anywhere to get it repaired. Think a $397 heater should last well over a year-not worth what it cost and didn't even keep room warm enough-rip-off! Save your money and buy cheap heater anywhere better than edenpure!
