Purchased new 2011 Honda Accord Sedan in July.in fall of 2011. Began noticing rear windshield had pattern of 'dots' obscuring view. Dots are about 1 " in diameter, in a regular grid pattern on about 1 1/2" centers, obviously the adhesive that bonds the defroster to the glass. Local dealer (Pompamo Honda) service manager claims that "all Hondas made have this" (I've hade 4 Accords previously, never seen it!). Honda field rep agrees, will not consider repair. American Honda in Calif. Says they cannot override field rep.
