Brake problem on 2011 odyssey

My brake pedal will slowly sink to floor when stopped with slight pressure from foot, with air on or off, or with or without engine running. This is not normal on other cars i have driven over the past years. The honda factory man and curry service manager says it's normal and is the same on the 2012 and 2013 models. What a crappy design. I don't like it, and if it cannot be improved, i definitely will not buy another honda - by the way, the 2011 is mt 4th honda.
