Ordered paracord, waited the allotted time for receipt. As soon as that time elapsed, got email stating not everything I (and others presumably) ordered was in, and if I wanted to do substitutions or a refund. I opted for the latter. Another email came in with more excuses about taking time to refund money (which is electronic, so why the wait?), as well as sending a written request due to some (non-existent I bet) Oregon statute. I played along. Now the website is down, with just some blathering idiot remarking on "lost" invoices, and other excuses. As of Mar still no refund.
