Unauthorized Charge

I had Webroot Spy Sweeper in the past.in Feb. 2009 I had opted out of automatic renewal. On Feb. 14 I received an email informing me that Webroot automatically renewed my subscription. Since I opted out of auto renewal plus I had removed webroot spy sweeper from my computer some time ago this was an UNAUTHORITIZED CHARGE. I have tried notifying them by their "refund website" as instructed via telephone but a message came back stating they were having trouble processing my request and they notified their customer service and I would receive an email answer back within 24 hrs. On Feb. 14 I had also tried to request a refund via email and was supposed to receive and email back from them within 24 hrs. That was 144 hrs ago. I believe Webroot is intentionally not following up since they have a 30 day refund policy. I want my $32.05 refund. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
