Original order placed on October 31. As of December 11 I had only received 1 item of my order (1 hank of paracord 550). On December 11, I emailed customer service for a refund. I received an automatic reply regarding substitution of product. I declined and requested a refund. I then received an email saying that I had agreed to 12 week delivery time frame when I placed my order. I advised BK that I had agreed to a 6 week delivery time and that there was no mention of a 12 week delivery time. I received a reply from Mr. Mysliweic agreeing that the 12-week stipulation was put in place after my order and I was therefore entitled to a refund. He stated that this would be processed within a few days. As of January 11, I had not received the refund. When I contacted BK, I was told that I needed to request a refund in writing as "required" by Utah State Law. I wrote back and stated that they had indeed received a written request via email and that the refund had already been approved by Mr. Mysliweic. I further stated that the email was good enough to cancel my order, which they did, and it should be good enough to issue a refund.in accordance with Utah Deceptive Trade Practices, a refund must be issued within 30 days of a written request. That request was received and approved by Mr. Mysliweic on December 11. BK is now in violation of Utah state law.
