Bad Service - 12 month gaurantee

After only having Direct TV for about 4 months, it is again acting up for about the 6th time, by not bringing in all the channels zi am paying for. How can I get out of the service agreement with Direct TV, I am tired of their slow, hard to reach Customer Service, and lack of concern.
