20 months of awful service and they want to charge me $80 to cancel 4 months of my contract! Besides having to choose between HD and local channels because of the dish placement, the VERY SLOW lag time between channels, $100 5.00/mo to add another tv set, 30 mins on hold (telephone the ONLY way to cancel) ONLY to have the operator hang up on me once I was finally connected! Then after calling back the rep was rude and ended up hanging up on me again. They will get their crappy money from me for 4 months, but I will tell EVERYONE do NOT use DIRECT TV. Oh... Did I mention that I have "lines" on the top 1/4 of my screen due to POOR reception?!
