Worst Customter Service Eve

Loyal customer with direct draft for last 6 yrs... Along with internet service...$81.00/mo for TV alone. Got HD TV and called for HD service... 1 hr on phone with 4 different reps.
Was originally told I could have free update to HD for one TV by letting them direct draft. No DVR tho many others AND DISH offer it free. Then they tell me its another 2 yr commitment... We are 66yrs and 72yrs old (husband retired Veteran with cancer) I said that was not the deal with first guy and we might not make it to commitment period and they tell me my family would have to take over for the balance of 2yrs or I would have to pay $10/mo to violate this new agreement... Really sorry I invested in new TV so my husband could hear and see... They told me I needed "education" to understand contracts... I am still teaching school to afford this lying and cheating.
