No Range on my AT & T phone

I am not able to make/receive calls from my phone 201-850-7629 from last month. After repetedly calling to AT & T customer serice, they are not assisting. They are asking me to go out of home to make call or they wanted to sell me some product to get service insite my home. AT & T Customer Service is most pathetic till date for me.
