Dont like already and dont even have it yet! - a t & t u-verse

I cant beleave how i have been lied to over and over by there so called customer service! It took me three and a half week to get a service date, night before me stuff came in the mail to the wrong address!!! One house over! I called the next morning (my date for service) and the lies started from there and never stopped!!! One girl told me i would get it the naxt day, so i left work early and never seen a tec or got a phone call telling me any different!!!
Lie after lie is what i have got so far!!! And no internet still!!!
