TD Ameritrade Lets You Pay for Their Mistakes

I requested a fund transfer out of TDA and they did an IRA distribution rather than a transfer. They took over $15000 of my money and refuse to give it back. When I pointed out that they made a mistake, they admitted that they misunderstood, but still refused to give my money back.

Their apathetic attitude is no different than MF Global's attitude about lost customer funds.
