TD Ameritrade
Screwed up my account, took 20% and they refuse to give it back

I requested a transfer of my retirement account and they treated it as a distribution when i did the paperwork exactly as they indicated on 2 distinct telephone calls. When I complained, the supervisor said they are not responsible for providing bad instructions. I'm more than $15,000 out and they simply don't care.
