Key one solutions / signed me up to lower my interest rates, saving $2500. WAS Promised contract / documents 7/10 days, never received. Called key one solutions tried to cancel there service, was informed they had no cancellation policy. The smooth talking telemarketer told me i could cancel if i was'nt happy with results. The company charged my credit card $898.95. When i called the company their response was dispute the charge with your credit card co. Now i'm fighting tooth and nail trying to get my money back.
