Debt Solutions ripoff! They were no help and we want a refund!

They called us in Mid Jan. Of last year 2003. I payed 399.00 to them. They promised to lower our interest rates on all of our credit cards, house and car payments. When I was contacted they asked me for my credit card information, and the first thing they told me was they could not do anything to help us on the providian cards. Then they called capital one and tried to lower the interest on those cards and Capital one would not even talk to them. Then they promised to lower the interest on my house and vehicle and that did not come thru. All they did was send a book on how to pay down our credit. Then said we were not working with them when we requested a refund.
