The same scam as others. They offer you free help and then tell you
they will send you a packet worth $998.95, which they put on the credit card you were talking about wanting your % of interest lowered on with their help. They tell you while on a recording you will be charged for this service but also say yours is complimentary.
They also tell you while talking fast the only way you can cancel this service is to complete their forms and they are not able to lower any of your interest rates on any of your credit cards. They will be very rude when you try to get out of this and refuse to credit your money back to you.
Their hours are 4 hours different and they have several telephone numbers.
Best thing to do is don't ask for help from anyone you do not contact yourself.
Call a credit counseling service that your credit card company has listed on your bill. It is located near the years it will take you to pay off your account.
