I turned over checks to Bank of America, or then Country Wide Home Loans for the repairs to my home after a robbery & vandalism.
The work has been completed and Bank of America has done their Field Inspection which verified work completed yet they have STILL NOT RELEASED FUNDS!
They were supposed to release the first $10,000 of this money immediately and the balance once work completed, but AGAIN they claimed they would mail funds and NEVER DO IT!
Now my builder is about to place a lien on my property... I should be able to take legal action against Bank Of America, does anyone know who to contact in DFW area for help with this?
