Service is a Scam!

I have been with Verizon Wireless for almost 2 years. I have used their 3G service for all of that time. Three to four months ago when they came out with 4G service here in Albuquerque the 3G service slowed down completely. It would take 5-10 literal minutes to load a webpage. I finally decided to upgrade to 4G service with the Droid Razr. The 4G service symbol switches back to 3G service more than 75% of the time.in some areas I lose all data connection. I heard from a friend who works at Verizon here in Albuquerque that there is NO such thing as 4G service in Albuquerque. That Verizon does not even have the right cell towers for 4G service. I'm not suprised because even when the phone says I'm on 4G the service is not faster at all.
