First time I used this service. Refund of 49.15. It shoulc have been$164.00. I called them and the told me that charges for bank transfers amounted for the differenc e. About $115.00 in charges. There advertising on the webpage says Free E file, Free direct deposit free customer support. They say that I signed fthe I agree to the terms. She is supposed to be sending me a copy of the form. I thought it was strange for me to E file before I could print the form, Yhis is a definate ripoff.
