Provider of free items for attending a Direct Buy presentation

This indirectly continues my Direct Buy ripoff report. Direct Buy uses this company to give you free products after you attend one of their sales programs.
After sending in $24.95 in a money order for productclaimcenter.com's activation fee to get a computer, I am waiting 6 weeks later for an order form in which I send in $49.95 to get my computer.
Direct Buy did send me a check for the two amounts because the computer was supposed to be free.
At the end of April I sent an email submitted from their website to them regarding the order form. I received a reply from a Michael Pouls (mpouls4464@aol.com) telling me the order form comes within one month of receipt of the $24.95 money order.
Today I emailed him asking for a $24.95 refund because all of this hassle is not worth it.
