Went to do taxes on line and used TaxAct. It said TaxAct for free.
For everyone - no restriction.
File Taxes Free. Free to Prepare. Free to Print. Free E file.
Well I did the taxes, and when finished, it said I had to pay by credit card $9.95! If they took it out of the taxes it woud be an Additional charge of $15.95! Now $9.95 is not much, and I did pay it. This is really bad when they say it is totally free! That is truely a rip off!
I thought this false advertising was against the law. Guess you just cann't win anymore!
