I paid a one time release form & submitted my MasterCard as payment for $33.03. I was billed tree times on that date and numerous times after that. I have no way of contacting them or any way of offering Capital One with any documentation. This was a one time transaction that just kept on multiplying on my Capital One statement. Capital One has tried to refund the transaction twice but eventually re billed me for the amounts charged. I seem to have no recourse to this problem.
