I sent Larry Cortney 800.00 dollar money order for a 15hp 3ph rotory phase converter. He recived the money order and sent a control box but not the 15hp motor. He said it was back order after he made over 6 diffrent promise dates and did not come through I called him on it saying that I did't belive him on the 7th promise date with that he got very upset and said he is done and to send back the control box and he would refund my 800.00$. I sent the controll box back witch he recived on dec. 23. I have yet to recive a penney.
