Ripoff took money didn't send a card - lets all get lawyers

Was offered a fresh start to rebuild credit. With a credit card limit 5,000.00 for a fee of 221.00 in which was taken from my checking.

I have never heard anything from them and never recived anything. So i called them and was told i would recive my card within 10 to 14 days i never did recive it.

So i called them back and requested a refund. They sent me a slip to sign and send back before they could give me a refund. But i have not yet recived my money back.

I am going to go to a lawyer and see what can be done because i have a certified mail card that they signed for when i sent the refund paper back.

More people need to try and send certified mail to them and maybe if they see that the public is going to do something they might give us our money back.

Sick of the liars.
