I've been using my card for over 2 years, and received a letter in the mail to raise deposits and make more purchases then I wouldn't have to pay a monthly fee. I did this and green dot blocks my card. I found this out when I went to make a purchase and was declined with a 811.00 balance, how embarrassing. After spending 3 hours of my time, and waiting 5 days for an answer, they said they canceled my card. All of this happened after they told me, in writing to do this. After no warning, I found out because I tried to make a purchase and was declined... If I would've been out of town I would've been screwed.
