I called to inquire about internet service. Was told I would have to get TV service in order to benefit from the internet. I said ok. My info was processed but before I got confirmation my phone battery died. I called back to continue the process but was told by some stupid Samantha that there is no internet in my area but "you can have TV" I said cancel the darn thing because I only agreed to TV so I could get internet. Guess what??? Two hours into the CANCELLATION process and I was bounced from one person to another 13 times!!! I requested three times to speak to a supervisor but they were all busy (obviously) but was promised that the next person will help. 13 TIMES!!!
I AM NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER YET!!! My order was pending and I went through hell to cancel the pending order. The whole time I was thinking "How did they get their #1 title? Did they bribe somebody?" So my order was finally canceled by #13 but I just got a confirmation e-mail in my inbox to confirm service! DIRECTV: You can bet your entire assets and then turn around and borrow money against those assets and bet that money too, that I WILL NEVER BECOME ONE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS—EVER!!! Ever!!! Ever!!!
