Newsome Park townhomes has down on my credit report that i have been evicted and i moved out also wants me to pay for damages for the house that they never came and fix anything

I moved out of Newsome park on Oct 10 and i turned in a 30 day notice. They have on my credit report that I have been evicted from my place and then they wanted to charge me for damages in the apartment and the damages were damages that they didnt want to come a fix the entire time I stayed in the place.
