Had a few days left to cancell my order, I did. A couple days later my account was charged 179.00, after I cancelled. I contacted them, they informed me if I sent the package back unopened after it was processed I would have my refund. Three weeks went by, I called, they had just processed the return and in ten to twenty business I would have a refund. Now its over two months since this took place and every time I call, all I get is that it's been processed, I should see it anyday now. I have'nt seen it, nor do I think I ever will. The company needs to be shut down, the product is worthless, the promises are lies, and I believe they charge the orders directly upon cancellation. Its just a rip off, plain and simple. Somebody needs to go to jail, plain and simple. The company is stealing from its customers, and refusing the refunds as promised. Last time I contacted them I was informed that they wont refund shipping charges, thirty bucks for a manilla envelope, thats a crime in itself. Its been two months, I have'nt seen a dime, and I doubt I ever will.
