Ripoff dishonest does not honor it's return policy only gives partial refunds product suvaril does not do as promised causes adverse reaction to ingredients

I contacted the company on 31 Aug. 2004 to let them know there product caused me to break out in hives. Was told that all I needed to do is return the product and they would give me a refund minus a $10 restocking fee. I told them that I had opened two of the boxes and was told that it does not matter. They also told me if I gave them a doctors statement that their product caused the hives I could get a 100% refund. I sent them the product on 1 Sept. Without a doctors statement and waited for my refund.

I contacted the company by phone on 24 Sept. And was told that they never received the package. I told them I put a tracer on the package and they told me to fax them that information.

I called them back again on 4 Oct and told them I had not received my refund. I was then told that it takes 14 days to process and I should get my refund back on 14 Oct. It is know 18 Oct. And no refund.

I called the company and spoke with Erin, a Supervisor, and he told me a refund has been process for $30 which is only half of what I paid for the Survaril. He told me that since I opened two packages I would only get a partial refund. I argued that one of the packages was free and I had sent back all of the product plus the empties and he still stated that I will only get a partial refund. Erin also told me a refund had already been processed on 8 Oct. Yet I have not seen a refund to my credit card. He told me that it had been processed and I should see it within 14 days. I told him that is what I had already been told previously. I told him I will be calling back it I do not see a refund.

DO NOT buy any product from this company. You only get the run around once they have received your money.
