AAFES offset tax refunds or other benefit payments to collect debts owed on uniform or merchandise purchases beyond the 10-year. (they claim four checks value of nine hunderds dollars written in 2001) statute of limitations. Affes just took twenty six hundred dollars from my income tax for penalties and late fees of bad checks that was not written. They stated that the adress that was used to comtact me was in kalenn tx. (never ever been to kaleen tx). Please advise me on what to do next.
