I'm another victim. The series of numbers on your statement starting 08000 is a phone number. Call during American office hours. You will be told that their terms and conditions are to cancel your agreement within 13 days or be charged the full price after 30 days. Apparently the initial £5.95 is a postage charge to send you free trial for thirteen days only. It must be very small print.
I was given a uniqe reference number and an address in Crawley, Sussex to return the product for full credit. My bank advises using recorded delivery, and sending an email to confirm cancellation and denying permission to debit your card. Good luck
