We also received a $9.99 charge on our bill. I called AT&T and they said that can happen from opening an incoming text. Except we never even had an incoming text! She said we had 3 that day and one on a different day. She mentioned that AT&T gets charged from a company and then AT&T charges the customer. Because I had called yesterday and then again today, the charge had been removed. The customer service woman said they called the company and said we didn't want the charge and then AT&T was paid back. HMM sounds like they are in on a deal together!!! This sucks, I hate feeling scammed and have to pay attention to my bill.
