Charges for unmade text messages!

I'm being billed for nearly 5000 incoming/outgoing texts over A - 30 time interval that people didn't create! Alltel doesn't have any documents of the incoming communications or may they offer a duplicate of the amount to wherever the supposed outgoing communications were delivered.By Alltelis Technical Support own documents, probably the most incoming communications actually obtained over per monthis payment period for that telephone is 7. Their documents also display that no responses were designed to these incoming messages. Abruptly in December the communications for this 1 telephone leaped to nearly 5000!!

They'll not acknowledge that there's an issue plus they are threatening to end my support if fI don't spend the statement of around $1100 instantly. Additionally if support is ended, they'll cost me $200/telephone additional for not fulfilling my agreement. (I've 3 mobile phones.)

They'll not I would like to talk to a boss within the Customer Support Office. Actually, one CS representative. Stated they don't have administrators!!! The Technical Support Division explained that the boss might contact me back. (no-call back yet!)

The character of might work demands that I'm accessible via telephone 24-hours daily, wherever I'm. I'm in a total reduction in regards to what option I've apart from to employ a costly attorney. (That We cannot afford.)

What more may I do? Please recommend smb
