I had requested a quote from this company to get some concrete work done. He (Mike Sullivan-Owner) quoted the job and I gave him a $3000.00 down payment on the job. I never saw him after that. I made numerous calls and left messages for him but he never returned any of my calls.
Next thing I knew, I received a letter that he had filed bankrupt against me (and quite a few other people whom I suspect he took deposits from). I live in Seymour, TN (just outside Knoxville). Now I hear he is doing business in Harriman, TN
